Brendan D. Harold

Mr. Harold, a native of Northern Virginia, focuses his practice on state and federal criminal litigation. He handles varied cases, including all types of traffic matters, driving under the influence and reckless driving trials, criminal actions, wrongful death and personal injury cases. In addition, Mr. Harold represents litigants in professional liability matters.

Mr. Harold is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Virginia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. As a former law clerk in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, he has extensive knowledge of that court and its procedures.
